Maître Royer’s cheese selection from the Boujon cheese shop includes some of the best Savoie cheeses: creamy Reblochon, Terminion blue cheese and chalky Tome.
And all of the desserts are home-made.
ON SATURDAY EVENING, THE ACTION IS AROUND THE FIREPLACE!
Each Saturday, a spit roast takes place on the spectacular central fireplace. Rib of beef, free-range chicken or milk-fed lamb served with a traditional potato and Beaufort cheese gratin. A memorable event, not to be missed!
