In the heart of the main chalet, our restaurant promotes tasty cuisine using simple and authentic products, cooked on the market. Favoring talented producers, he selects the best of each of them according to the seasons: the fish comes from the lakes in our mountains, the pieces of meat come from the best farms in the area, as for the cheese platter, it comes from the essential Boujon cheese factory.
Le samedi soir c’est autour de la cheminée que notre brigade s’anime ! Chaque semaine la broche est à l’honneur : train d’entrecôte et gratin de crozets, poulet fermier ou encore gibiers quand vient la saison.. un régal pour les yeux et le palais ! Pour les adeptes d'une cuisine plus légère, le Restaurant Traditionnel propose également des plats qui privilégient plus particulièrement l'équilibre, l'énergie et la forme.
